STUDIO RENTAL

Our brand new, state of the art dance studios are available to rent by the hour.

They are perfect for dance classes, martial arts, yoga, etc.!​

Those wishing to rent our spaces for a class must have proof of liability insurance before renting.

Individuals renting the space do not require liability insurance.

THE DETAILS:​

  • $35 per hour for either of our rooms

  • Sprung, Stage Step Timestep marley floor

  • 6ft tall mirrors

  • Portable ballet barres, acro mats and other props are available upon request

  • A clean, spacious lobby with seating

  • On-site parking

  • Central air conditioning and heat

  • 2 bathrooms, a dressing room and a baby changing table

Will you require use of any props or equipment?

Rental Policies

  • Primary renter must be 18 years of age or older.

  • All reservations are subject to current space availability.

  • $35 per hour fee covers 1 studio space, not use of both of our studios simultaneously.

  • If you are renting for a dance or fitness class, it cannot be competitive with classes currently offered by Davis Dance Company

  • Any renter or organization using either of our studio spaces for a class must provide liability insurance before their first rental date.

  • Only water in a plastic bottle/container is permitted in the dance studios. Other food/beverage items are not permitted in either studio. Any food consumed on the premises should be done in our lobby space.

  • No rosin or powder substances are permitted on the studio floors

  • No street shoes or stiletto heels are permitted in our studios.

  • It is your responsibility to make sure the space is left in the same condition it was found. Any damage to the studio—by you or one of your participants—is the responsibility of the renter, and will result in additional charges.

  • Renters are required to do light cleaning after each rental time. Specifics will be listed in your rental agreement. Failure to do this will result in a $10 cleaning fee for each use.

  • Max capacity in Studio 1 or 2 is 25 people.

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the facility.

  • Props/costumes/materials/supplies may not be stored at studios.

  • A rental agreement will be sent out to the renter/organization once rental is confirmed. Any violations of this agreement will result in rental termination.
